Terms of purchase
The order
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your information when ordering is correct. When you place an order, an order confirmation is sent via e-mail, it is a confirmation that we have received your order. Your order is binding and no changes can be made afterward. When the order is ready to be sent, an invoice will also be sent via e-mail.
Payment method
We work on an SSL-secure platform with Stripe to ensure that you as a customer can feel safe shopping with us.
Currency
We only trade in Swedish kronor / SEK and Euro / EUR
Shipping
Price for shipping is based on weight, size, and destination, the shipping cost is calculated at check-out.
Delivery
We send the order within three working days with Postnord or UPS after we have received your order. It may take longer if an item is out of stock or during high seasons, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible. Delivery takes place to the nearest delivery place or in some cases to the home address.
Right of withdrawal and right of exchange
We have a 14-day right of withdrawal if you regret your purchase in our webshop, return that the product is not damaged and unused condition with the original packaging within the right of the withdrawal period.
You as a customer pay for the return shipment and with a change, we are responsible for sending new goods to you.
Note! The right of withdrawal does not apply!
Products that are specially made according to the consumer’s wishes or that have a clear personal touch. We reserved the right to the right of withdrawal and the right of exchange for all orders is less than SEK 400. Contact us for more information about it.

We will contact you within three working days whether the item is to be returned or not. Customers are responsible for packing the product well to avoid damage that can be caused during transport.
